FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: rotation is imparted to deforming tool. Crosswise motion is imparted to workpiece. Deforming tool comprises central shaft and housing representing a disk with central bore and hollow shaft to transmit rotation from individual drive, peripheral bores to accommodate spring-loaded cams. Aforesaid central shaft support separator. The latter has peripheral bores to accommodate deforming tools representing step rod furnished with helical cylindrical sprigs to produce static load. Disk our cylindrical surface and disk central bore inner surface accommodate rings with holes receives deforming tool tips. Shifting ring is arranged coaxially with the housing and embracing it, furnished with individual drive of rotation. Inner surface of shifting ring features recesses and step ledges coming on deforming tool tips to produce static and pulsed effects onto processed surface.
