FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises disk-like housing with central borey to accommodate workpiece and deforming tools arranged in the housing radial bores. Deforming tools represent step rods with helical cylindrical compression springs fitted thereon. The disk outer cylindrical surface and disk bore inner surface accommodate the rings with holes to receive deforming tool tips. Shifting ring is arranged coaxially with the housing and embracing it, furnished with individual drive of rotation. Inner surface of shifting ring features recesses and ledges.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and quality of machining.
