FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device consists of case in from of disk designed to rotate, of deforming elements, of laminar springs and of cam drum. The cam drum is rigidly fixed relative to the case; on its end there are made cams in form of lugs and recesses for contact with a middle part of laminar springs. The deforming elements are secured on one ends of the laminar springs; other ends of springs are radially and rigidly attached to the end of the disk.
EFFECT: expanded process functions, control over depth of strengthened layer and micro-relief of surface.
