SUBSTANCE: collapsible anchor comprises spindle, crosspiece with hingedly installed folding composite legs with limiter of their opening angle. Crosspiece of device is arranged in the form of cylindrical plate, which has spindle rigidly fixed. Besides on the plate itself and on side surface of spindle there is a legs opening angle limiter rigidly installed and arranged in the form of triangular gussets with mutually perpendicular slots, in which legs are hingedly fixed. Moreover, stops are mounted on legs at upper and lower sides in the form of rectangular plates, on free ends of which rectangular slots are arranged.

EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and operation of device.
