SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to ground supports and can be used for keeping in place small vessels on water reservoirs. The articulated anchor consists of a spindle, a cross-piece with collapsible composite pads with limitation of their angle of opening. The limiter of the angle of opening of the pads is a device with a parallelepiped shape, on one of the bases of which there is a cylindrical projection, placed inside the cross-piece. In the limiter there is a through passing opening, coinciding with the inner opening of the spindle, in which there is a rope with a holder, fixed on its free end. The limiter is installed in space, formed by the edges of the surface of the pads. On the lower part of each pad there are rigidly mounted hooks on which a stopper is put. The stopper is in the form of a rubber ring.
