FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: portable anchor comprises a shank, spider with hinged portable composite blades incorporating the restrainers of the blades opening. Note that the anchor body represents a parallelepiped with aforesaid shank being rigidly attached to the central part of the parallelepiped side surface and a rectangular plate attached onto its opposite part. The central blades are bolted to the said plate free ends. Note also that the axles are arranged between the parallelepiped and central blades to support hinged two pairs of portable blades furnished with bosses housing the opening angle restrainers representing bolted joints.
