FIELD: mechanics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ground supports and may be used for retaining small vessels in water basins. The portable anchor contains shank, cross-piece with folded flukes being hinge-installed on the said cross piece. The cross-piece is implemented as rectangular upper and lower plates, which are interconnected by bolts. The shank is rigidly mounted on the upper plate, while angular bars are fixed underneath and provided with hinge-connected flukes. Pinions are fixed to the free ends of flukes. Deployment angle restrictor made up from angular bars is available inside the cross-piece. Toothed racks are installed between bars and contact toothed wheels. The cylindrical rod with rim is installed inside deployment angle restrictor with its one free end being threaded inside restrictor body. The other rod with grooves is located in the central hole of the lower plate and provided with thrust installed on the lower plate at its external side.
