SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for holding small-sized vessels in place at water basins. Collapsible anchor comprises body, spindle, crosspiece with hingedly installed folding composite legs with limitation of their opening angle. Crosspiece device is arranged in the form of rectangular structure made of four cylindrical rods connected to each other by means of threaded joints. Besides all rods at one of free ends have lug, and at the other - threaded joint. In middle part of each rod there are legs hingedly installed. At free ends of legs thrusts are arranged, which are mounted inside hollow spindle and are fixed there by means of opening angle limiter. Limiter of opening angle is arranged in the form of round plate with rigidly fixed pin, which is screwed into threaded joint of spindle.
