SUBSTANCE: invention may be used to hold small-sized vessels in place at water basins. Collapsible anchor comprises body, spindle, legs with limitation of their opening angle. Crosspiece of device is arranged in the form of cylindrical plate, which has spindle rigidly fixed on one side, and bracket with through hole - on the other one. Legs are installed with the help of hinged joints in spindle, and limiter of opening angle is arranged on their free ends. Besides limiter of opening angle consists of rigidly fixed plates with two through holes at the sides and central hole with thread at two opposite legs and cylindrical rods fixed on free ends of two other opposite legs. Moreover, rods are inserted into holes of plates, and the plates themselves are tightened by means of bolt joint passing through bracket opening.

EFFECT: simplified manufacturing and operation of device.
