SUBSTANCE: portable anchor comprises anchor shank, folding anchor blades and blade opening angle limiter. Said anchor shank is pivoted to central blade whereon two brackets are arranged on its side. Said brackets have two side blades pivoted thereto. Note here that fourth blade is pivoted to the side of one of lateral blades. All blades are arranged to vary their position on horizontal plane. Stop device attached to the shank side represents a plate with a bore to accommodate spring-loaded cylindrical rod arranged in the body of fourth blade.
