SUBSTANCE: portable anchor comprises anchor shank and box-type spider with pivoted folding blades. Spider lateral sides feature through holes accommodating cylindrical rods with collars made at their centers. One free ends of said rods have blades rigidly fixed thereto, while rectangular section sleeves are fixed on the other ends to vary their position in space. Box base has through hole accommodating cylindrical rod with its one end rigidly fixed on the shank and another free end furnished with thread to allow the rod to be coupled with rectangular pressure plate with threaded hole in its center.
