FIELD: transportation.

SUBSTANCE: folding anchor contains shank and spider with fluke mounted on it. Spider of the device is made in the form of rectangular plate with one of the flukes rigidly mounted on it. On the fluke, in it's turn, opposite fluke is pivotally hinged. At right angle to the first two flukes on opposite sides two flukes are pivotally mounted with possibility to turn around 90°. On one of the flukes shank with latch is mounted. The latch is made in the form of pad. On the free end of latch hollow is made which is connected with hollow in bracket by bolt joint.

EFFECT: simplification of device manufacturing and operation.
