SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for regeneration of multiple use devices intended for hybridisation of NA, biochips and DNA-chips. The claimed device contains compartment for single-stranded NA consisting of repeating nucleotide sequence being able to join the single-stranded NA-test with formation of double-stranded structure - NA-carrier; compartment for NA-target; NA-carrier confined in NA-carrier compartment containing the liquid contacting with liquid situated in compartment for NA-targets; membrane permeable for single-stranded NA-tests and impermeable for NA-carriers and NA-targets with said membrane separating NA-carrier and NA-targets compartments; device suitable for moving of said NA-tests from said compartment for NA-carrier to said compartment for NA-targets and back.
EFFECT: simplifying and cheapening of work with DNA-test specific for determined genes.
