SUBSTANCE: following described: a group of inventions including a nucleic acid panel for obtaining spatial information about a nucleic acid in a sample, a kit for obtaining spatial information about a nucleic acid in a sample (versions), a method of manufacturing a nucleic acid panel for obtaining spatial information about a nucleic acid in a biological sample, and a method of obtaining spatial information about the nucleic acid in the sample (options). In one embodiment, a panel of nucleic acids includes a solid support with multiple types of carrier sequences attached to its surface, where each type of carrier sequence occupies a different position in the panel from another type, where multiple copies of the carrier sequence are the product of amplification formed by amplification using as a template a sequence complementary to the carrier sequence.
EFFECT: invention expands the arsenal of means for obtaining spatial information about the nucleic acid in the sample.
