FIELD: molecular biology methods. SUBSTANCE: method is, in particular, applicable for analyzing medical samples and envisages: providing a solid support system with, attached to it, single-chain oligonucleotide complementary to specific sequence on target nucleic acid, which is longer than mentioned oligonucleotide; adding source of single-chain target nucleic acid to solid support system; hybridization of target nucleic acid with oligonucleotide; and performing manipulation on hybridized target nucleic acid. Manipulation can, for instance, be copying and amplification of target nucleic acid sequence. In a preferable realization mode, one provides support in a flow vessel, which facilitates washing of support to remove impurities and remain "pure" target nucleic acid sample fit for manipulation.
