FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology. Disclosed is a composition for producing a library. Composition contains multiple clonally indexed solid carriers, where each of solid carriers immobilises a plurality of oligonucleotides. Each of the plurality of immobilized oligonucleotides comprises a complementary sequence for capture for immobilisation on a solid carrier of a transpose complex associated with a target nucleic acid, a first sequence with a barcode and a binding site with the primer. First sequence with a barcode from each solid carrier differs from all first sequences with a barcode from other solid carriers, all of the immobilized oligonucleotides have one and the same complementary sequence for capture and all of the immobilized oligonucleotides contain the same first sequence with a barcode. Transposable complex contains a transposon bound transposon.
EFFECT: invention provides obtaining information on gene adhesion, on phasing and determining the methylation status of target nucleic acid.
