SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the steel making facility and method of steel making. The steel making facility contains cast iron making unit and steel making unit made with possibility of steel melt making out of liquid cast iron and agglomerated reduced iron supplied from the cast iron making unit. The cast iron making unit contains device for iron-ore fines recovery, first and second agglomeration devices and melting furnace. Device for the iron-ore fines recovery contains the first and second furnace units for recovery in boiling bed, each contains at least one furnace for recovery in the boiling bed intended for the iron-ore fines recovery. In the agglomeration units the recovered iron-ore fines are agglomerated, they are supplied from the first and second furnace units for recovery in boiling bed. In the melting furnace the liquid cast iron is made by melting of the agglomerated reduced iron supplied from the first agglomeration unit.

EFFECT: invention reduces power consumption and environment contamination.
