FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to methods and devices for production of hydrotechnical works on protection of coastal line and port structures against damaging wave action. In method for protection of coastal and marine structures against damaging wave action of incoming waves, measures are taken to reduce their intensity, which are based on application of gaseous substance, for instance air. Prior to approaching of incoming waves in front of the structure, in water medium water-air bubble curtain is created with extent of volume dispersed air-content of the curtain of at least 20%, which is created under waves in zone with length along waves direction equal to at least 0.3 of wave length, at a distance from structure equal to at least one wave length. Water-air curtain is created at the depth of at least 0.6 amplitude of incoming wave, counting from the surface of still water. Water-air bubble curtain is created by means of air supply into water medium with production of bubbles. Device for protection of coastal and marine structures against damaging wave action comprises facility for reduction of intensity of waves that income to the structure on the basis of gaseous substance application, for instance air. Mentioned facility is arranged in the form of water medium aerator with bubble air inclusions, which consists of the system of perforated tubes arranged in a row and overpressure air source main communicated to it. Width of zone of perforated tubes arranged in a row along with direction of incoming waves makes at least 0.3 of wave length. Besides system of perforated tubes is installed in front of the structure as distanced from it towards the waves at the distance of at least one wave length and submerged under water at a depth equal to at least 0.6 of incoming wave amplitude, counting from still water surface, and is installed with the possibility of variation of its distance from structure, length of location of tubes system by width and value of tubes submersion under water. Perforated tubes are communicated to each other by means of pipelines. Device is equipped with a flow controller of air supply into system of perforated tubes. System of perforated tubes is installed with the possibility to vary width of their location zone depending on length of incoming waves.

EFFECT: improved reliability and efficiency of coastal and marine structures protection against damaging wave action.
