FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to hydrotechnical construction of tray channels, open spillways included into discharge waterworks facility and steep flumes in channels. Method for erection of hydrotechnical tray of polygonal profile from precast reinforced concrete units includes excavation for polygonal profile and assembly of tray from precast reinforced concrete units with monolithic inserts. Excavation for the tray is arranged with triangular top in the centre. Assembly of tray is done from single-type precast reinforced concrete angle units with equal sides and with top angle of 120÷158°. On both sides of angle units armature protruding bars are arranged to provide for tray assembly in compliance with its design dimensions. Assembly of tray is started from installation of central angle unit into tray base so that top of its angle matches top of tray triangular base and longitudinal axis of tray, and sides are arranged symmetrically along line of bottom slopes. Then side angle units of tray are installed so that their tops match side angles of tray, some sides of units are arranged along line of bottom slopes, and other ones - along line of side walls. Gaps between units in base and also grown sections of side walls of tray are reinforced and poured with monolithic concrete. Central precast monolithic unit of tray base is made of wear-resistant materials: high-quality fine-grain concretes, polymer concretes, etc.

EFFECT: reduction material and labour inputs for construction and improved hydraulic efficiency of the whole structure operation.
