FIELD: construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to hydraulic construction of flumes, open spillways composed of pressure hydraulic units, spillway chutes on channels. Hydrotechnical channel consists of a tray of polygonal section with symmetric slopes - two side and two bottom slopes. The tray is made of three assembled reinforced concrete angle units with equal sides and angle of 120 ÷ 158° at the top. One of the units is located in the tray bottom centre with the angle along the top line of the triangular bottom of the tray, the sides of which are located symmetrically along the line of bottom slopes. Two other units are installed on the sides of polygonal tray section so that angles of their tops coincide with side angles of the tray and their lower sides are directed along the line of bottom slopes and upper sides are directed along the line of the tray side walls. Location of side slopes is performed within m1 = 0 ÷ 1.5, and location of bottom slopes - m2 - 1.7 ÷ 5.1. Angle units are equipped on both sides with protruding bars which are connected to each other along the line of bottom slopes and filled with concrete. Missing lengths up to the top of side walls of the tray are reinforced and filled with concrete, starting from the place of protruding bars of the units. Central angle unit is made from abrasive resistant materials: high quality fine concretes, polymer concretes, etc.

EFFECT: invention allows erecting polygonal trays with parameters very close to hydraulically optimum characteristics according to modern industrial high-tech construction methods, which reduces material and labour costs during construction of hydrotechnical tray and increases operating efficiency thereof.
