FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for oil production by installing a sucker rod pump, in particular in conditions complicated by the formation of deposits in the pump. The design is further simplified, the reliability of the design is increased, and the overhaul interval of pumping equipment is increased. The sucker rod pump for operation in difficult conditions consists of a sucker rod pump, a string of sucker rods, a string of tubing, tubing container with plug. The sealed cavity of the tubing container body is filled with a reagent. The rod pump comprises a cylinder, a plunger, suction and discharge valves. The rod pump is driven by a drive through a string of sucker rods. At the inlet of the sucker rod pump there is a perforated pipe connected in series with a pipe plugged in the upper part, and a tubing container with a plug equipped with a bypass valve. At the bottom of the tubing container there is a separator made of a rubber hemispherical cuff. The cylinder of the sucker rod pump and the branch pipe have side holes connected to each other by a metal tube. The plunger of the sucker rod pump is equipped with an automatic coupler, which provides connection to the string of sucker rods. The side hole of the cylinder is located configured for closing it with a plunger when the unit is operating with the initial position of the plunger, as well as configured for opening it by re-adjusting the position of the plunger upward to allow the reagent to enter the rod pump when deposits form on the valves of the rod pump.
EFFECT: increased operating efficiency of the deep-rod pump by eliminating the mixing of the well fluid with the reagent, uniform flow of the reagent into the rod pump, and also ensuring the duration of the reagent supply.
