FIELD: heating.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns various technological processes of gas burning and can be applied in power industry, chemical, petrochemical industries, metallurgy, oil processing and other industries and transportation. Method of gas burning, reducing concentration of harmful emission of NOX and CO to the minimum involves feeding natural gas or other combustible gas and air in near-stoichiometric volume to burner device with ignition system, resulting in gas and air mix burning process with generation of heat energy and fume gas with harmful emissions of NOx and CO at heat power system output. Temperature in the zone of gas and air mix burning is measured, measurement results are sent to automatic control system of steam feeding to gas and air mixing zone and of water feeding to gas burning zone to maintain temperature within defined limits (1550-1750°K).

EFFECT: minimum concentration of harmful emission of nitrogen oxides NOx (up to 10 ppm) and carbon monoxide CO (up to 80 ppm).
