FIELD: dosing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to the field of continuous two-stage dosing of bulk materials; it can be used in chemical, pharmaceutical, and other industries, in particular, when dosing KMgO4 powder to a reactor in the production of graphene oxide. The method for continuous weight two-stage dosing of bulk material includes formation of separate portions with weight ΔP, supply of portions at time intervals ΔT to a converter of these portions into a continuous flow, while fulfilling a condition that ΔP/ΔT is equal to set weight dosing performance Q, formation of separate portions is carried out by a volumetric method with subsequent determination of weight of a portion ΔP, and a numerical value of ΔT is determined by the formula ΔT= ΔP/Q. Weighing of the separate portion is carried out, when the portion has already been formed, and a system, which is weighted, is in a rest state.
EFFECT: reduction in the accuracy of continuous weight dosing due to elimination of dynamic impacts on a device for weighing material.
