FIELD: chemical, pharmaceutical and other branches of industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding bulk material into rotating pipe; discharging bulk material from pipe in continuous flow. Bulk material is fed into rotating pipe in discrete equal portions and in equal time intervals. Ratios of time intervals between supplies of discrete portions of bulk material, i.e. between initial moment of feeding subsequent portion and initial moment of feeding subsequent portion and initial moment of feeding previous portion, minimum amount of material in rotating pipe at a time, predetermined dosage efficiency and quantity of discrete portion are maintained at predetermined level.
