METHOD FOR CONTINUOUS BULK WEIGHING OF BULK MATERIAL AND DEVICE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION Russian patent published in 2019 - IPC G01F11/00 

FIELD: dosaging devices; separation; mixing.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for continuous weigh dosing of loose materials. Device comprises base (1) consisting of a fixed platform on which movable platform (2) is hinged. On movable platform (2) there is tray (4) and vibrator (7) connected to the loading edge of tray (4). Device contains portion dispenser (8) made in the form of a hopper installed on weighing device (13). Dispenser (8) is equipped with main (9) and additional (10) screw feeders with controlled drives (11, 12) of rotation. Weight measuring device (13) and main (9) and additional (10) screw feeders rotation drives (11, 12) are connected to control unit (14) circuit. Metered material is fed into dispenser (8). Following data are entered into control unit (14): specified capacity of dispenser, weight of separate portion of material, intervals of dosing, maximum error of weighing, values of experimentally determined coefficients. By means of control unit (14), performance of main and additional screw feeders is calculated, as well as time interval during which each material loading is performed with additional screw feeder. After calculation of said values, loose material dosing process is started.

EFFECT: technical result is higher accuracy of loose materials batching.
