FIELD: physics, measurements.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of metering equipment, in particular for control of highly viscous substances viscosity and product quality parametres directly in process of fibrous products boiling in production processes of chemical, food, pulp and paper industry, and also in animal husbandry to control quality of moist thermally treated mash feeds. Device for control of physical-mechanical properties of liquid substances comprises cylindrical vessel, where movable comb is installed, teeth of which are arranged on shaft along helical line, immovable comb with teeth that do not match teeth of movable comb, besides, teeth of movable and immovable combs are arranged in the form of disk sectors of the same area, teeth of movable comb are displaced at the angle relative to each other so that in projection on plane perpendicular to device axis, sectors do not collide and do not create gap, movable comb is installed on shaft connected to motor, force metre and secondary instrument. Moreover, device is additionally equipped with the second force metre and computing unit, besides, immovable comb is fixed on shaft, to which the second force metre is connected, outputs of the first and second force metres are connected to inputs of computing unit, output of which is connected to input of secondary instrument.
EFFECT: improved accuracy and sensitivity of measurement.
