SUBSTANCE: invention relates to television. A signal processing device is proposed, which can receive a television signal and additionally has an extraction device 202, which can extract picture element data from pictorial data P1 in the television signal, where pictorial data P1 are pictures, on which there is no noise effect, which is a predetermined seed S1, extraction of the seed S1 from the television signal, and video processing device 204, which has pseudorandom generator 208, which can generate a pseudorandom noise sequence of noise picture elements based on the seed S1; adding device 210, which can add noise picture elements to the given picture elements on an element-by-element basis, giving out an output picture signal, which should be displayed.
EFFECT: possibility of predictable regeneration of noise, on the receiving a television signal.
