FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to selection of legume grasses and can be used in agriculture in an accelerated method of obtaining varieties. The selection method is realised as follows: selection of a highly adaptive type, zoning at least 3-5 light zones, old types and indigenous wild growing forms of a specific region. Their seeds are mixed and sown in a polycross nursery (hybridisation). After selecting the best biotypes they are intercrossed and a biomechanical mixture is obtained. The obtained mixture is sown in a preliminary variety test, without collection, selection and control nursery.
EFFECT: simplification of method and shortening the selection process.
