SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a liquid heating device for preparation of hot liquid or vapor for domestic needs, mainly for preparation of hot beverages. The device contains a body frame equipped with a channel for liquid circulation. The channel contains an inlet and outlet ports for liquid and joined with one electric heating element which is powered by switching devices connected with control tools. The channel contains first and second sections of the channel joined with each other by third section of the channel forming a connecting passage. The first and second sections of the channel are connected with one heating element. The connecting passage is joined with an intermediate temperature sensitive element connected with the control tools. The intermediate temperature-sensitive element is made with the possibility of being contacted directly or indirectly with liquid circulated in the channel for measuring temperature of liquid. The control tools and switching devices are made with the possibility of controlling the heating element of the second section of the channel depending on quantity of useful power required for supplying the second section of the channel to bring intermediate temperature measured by the intermediate temperature-sensitive element till the set temperature.

EFFECT: invention allows heating liquid instantly.
