SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a heating device comprising heater (2) made of a material whose electric resistance can vary depending on temperature, energy source (1, 10), connected to heater (2) by means of electric connections (8, 9) for supply of electric current flowing through heater (2), control unit (4), made with possibility to control current supplied by power source (1), measuring connections (6, 7) located on ends of heater (2) and connected to control unit (4), which is configured to measure resistance of heater (2) by calculating the ratio between voltage at ends of heater (2) and current flowing through heater (2), note here that voltage and current are registered by measuring connections (6, 7).

EFFECT: invention provides solving the problem of measuring resistance and temperature of a heater associated with a longer response time when an alternating current source is used.
