FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves applying postacativation comprising four stages like preliminary passive tension, dynamic and static activation, and repeated considerable passive stretching. The second, the third and the fourth stages are carried out by patient in cooperation with physician under moderate force intensity and with physician body weight being used in combination with eye-moving and breathing synergies of patient. Treatment application objects are muscles, fasciae, ligaments, articulation capsules, brain dura mater, commissures and intervertebral disks. Patient carries out dynamic activation during 4-5 s after applying passive muscle stretching done by the physician. The physician concurrently does conceding work and the patient does static activation during 4-5 s during which the physician fixes the achieved state and then repeatedly carries out considerable passive muscles, fasciae, ligaments, articulation capsules, brain dura mater, commissures and intervertebral disks stretching to reach new movement volume of moderate patient pain feeling when relaxing. The action is accomplished with 2-3 swinging movements in the direction of applied tension. The action is done from both sides with more intensive stretching on the lesion side. Repeated cycle number is equal to 3-5 depending on motor vertebral segments and extremity articulations blockage.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; increased movement volume.
