FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed unit comprises throttle 1, inlet separator 2, adsorbers 3 to 6 operated alternately in adsorption, refrigeration and regeneration conditions, filters 9, 12 and 13, furnace 14, high-pressure separator 11, recuperators 7 and 10. Aforesaid inlet separator 2 is arranged downstream of throttle 1. Top of adsorbers 3 to 6 communicates with gas feed line I, refrigeration gas feed line II and regeneration waste gas discharge line III, while its bottom communicates with prepared gas discharge line IV, refrigeration gas discharge line V and regeneration gas feed line VI. Refrigeration gas feed line communicates with extra filter-separator 8 with its outlet communicating with the top of adsorbers 3 to 6.
EFFECT: higher efficiency, longer life.
