FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method comprises cleaning blade air-foil portion and blade attachment of operational pollution, hot isostatic pressing of blades with attachments protected against oxidation, removing the protective coat remnants and high-temperature oxidation and sulfide corrosion products in potassium bifluoride melt and by leaching. It comprises also thermal treatment in vacuum and application of protective heat-resistant coat on outer and inner surfaces on blade air-foil portion.
EFFECT: reduced labor input in repair, higher reliability of repaired blades.
