FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field. Particularly it relates to methods of high-temperature coat strengthening of details made from heat-resistant nickel alloy, and can be used for increasing of strength and durability turbine blades of gas turbine engine. Method includes thermomechanical treatment and recrystallisation annealing of coating. Thermomechanical treatment of coating is implemented by means of hot isostatic pressing in inert gaseous medium at the temperature T, chosen in range T1<T<T2, where T1 - critical brittle temperature, T2 - softening temperature of heat-resistant nickel alloy, and at pressure value 30-150 MPa. Before or after recrystallisation annealing on detail surface can be applied coating layer, containing aluminium, of thickness 5-20 micrometers.
EFFECT: increasing of mechanical properties, first of all fatigue resistance of details made of heat-resistant alloy, coating durability increasing.
