A is 1-cyclopentene-1,2-diyl; Z1 and Z2 are O; E is phenyl substituted with 1-4 substituting groups selected from halogen, Y is phenyl substituted with 1-2 substituting groups selected from halogen, C1-C6alcoxy, halogen C1-C6alcoxy; the meaning of other radicals are indicated in the formula of the invention. The invention refers also to the pharmaceutical composition including the compound of the invention, to the application of the said compound at preparation of the medicinal agent and to the application for DHODH inhibition.

EFFECT: compound of the present invention can find application as medicinal agent inhibiting dehydroorotate dehydrogenase.
