FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: for improvement of functional properties of alloys with simultaneous increase of labour productivity and energy conservation of its manufacturing alloy is subject to annealing for removal of strains and plastic deformation multiple-pass with providing of total veritable degree of deformation e≥1. Deformation is implemented at temperature lower the temperature of martensite transformation of steel and combined with influence of pulse current of density 10-1000 A/mm2, of frequency 100-10000 Hz and pulse duration 10-1000 microseconds. Direction of deformation at each pass is changed to opposite, and after deformation it is implemented heating of alloy by means of passing of unidirectional pulse current.
EFFECT: effective receiving of nano-structural and ultra-fine-grained semi-finished products in the form of wire, sheet, strip and foil of thin and super-thin section with keeping or increasing of service properties.
