FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of insulation of metal surfaces. Belt consists of at least radiationally modified polymerous basis on the basis of polyolefines, adhesion layer and layer of primer. Primer contains poly- chloroprene raw rubber, filler, terpene- phenol-formaldehyde resin, ether, water, processing aids and liquid hydrocarbons at following correlation of components (wt %): poly-chloroprene raw rubber 8.0÷15.0 terpene-phenol-formaldehyde resin 7.0÷15.0, filler 0.7÷2.0, liquid hydrocarbons 28.0÷37.0, ether 36.0÷47.0, processing aids 0.05÷0.2, water is the rest.
EFFECT: providing of qualitative insulation at low temperatures of environment.
