FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention related to pipelines corrosion protection area, particularly gas and oil main pipelines, can be used for pipeline insulation (also for underground networks) out of harmful environment, particularly oxygen and moisture. Primer contains poli-chloroprene resin filling agent, liquid hydrocarbons, terpene-phenol-formaldehyde resin, ether, process additives and water at with the following component mass ratio (wt %): poli-chloroprene resin 8.0÷15.0, terpene-phenol-formaldehyde resin 7.0÷15.0, filling agent 0.7÷2.0, liquid hydrocarbons 28.0÷37.0, either 36.0-47.0, process additives 0.05÷0,2, the rest is water.
EFFECT: possibility to execute maintenance works in operation conditions, at low temperatures with the help of heat-shrinkage bets.
