SUBSTANCE: antenna has a conducting housing in form of a first cavity which particularly accommodates a signal processing circuit, a navigation receiver, position or tilt angle sensors, a signal port for output of obtained radio signals, a top antenna element and a coaxially lying bottom antenna element, the top antenna element consisting of: a radiating plate lying over a shielding plate; the bottom antenna element consists of a shielding plate below which there is a flat plate; the top antenna element lies such that its shielding plate lies near the surface or at least part of the surface of the shielding plate of the bottom antenna element. The top and bottom antenna elements have a different degree of electromagnetic interaction with the signal port. The plate of the bottom antenna element lies on the first cavity on the side of the outer surface.

EFFECT: reduced multibeam reception effect.
