SUBSTANCE: invention is related to communication systems and, in particular to control of return communication line resources in communication system. In mobile station possibility is provided to select between transmission of information content at standard power level and transmission of lower information content at increase power level. Besides mobile station may autonomously select level QoS (service quality) for packets of physical level. On the basis of information on transmission along return communication line, received from basic station, mobile station receives instruction on transmission along return communication line, which defines power levels and corresponding information contents for standard service level and higher service level. Mobile station selects level of return communication line transmission power from multiple power levels, including standard power level of return communication line transmission, which corresponds to standard size of information content, and increased power level of return communication line transmission, corresponding to increased volume of information content, besides standard size of information content exceeds increased size of information content.

EFFECT: higher efficiency in control of return communication line resources.
