SUBSTANCE: in a mobile station the possibility is provided to select between transfer of information content at the standard level of capacity and transfer of smaller information contact at increased level of capacity. Besides, the mobile station may autonomously select a level of QoS (quality of service) for packets of physical level. On the basis of information about transfer along a reverse communication line received from a base station, the mobile station receives a guidance for transfer along a reverse communication line, which determines levels of capacity and appropriate information contents for a standard level of service and increased level of service. The mobile station selects a level of capacity of reverse communication line transfer from multiple levels of capacity, including a standard level of capacity of reverse communication line transfer, corresponding to standard size of information content, and increased level of capacity of reverse communication line transfer, corresponding to increased size of information content, besides, the standard size of information content exceeds the increased size of information content.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of reverse communication line resources control.
