SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology-resurrection science, surgery, plastic surgery and obstetrics-gynecology. Anterior abdominal wall suppleness is determined by prelum abdominale muscle tension. Additionally difference of pressure in abdominal cavity before and after introduction into urinary bladder of 100 ml of isotonic solution of furaciline with temperature 34-37°C is determined through urinary bladder.
EFFECT: method ensures objective, simple, economical and dynamic evaluation of anterior abdominal wall suppleness by reduction or increase of intra-abdominal pressure difference.
