FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in case of necessity of measuring intra-abdominal pressure (IAP). For this purpose 2-4 bioinert drainage tubes are introduced into specified zones of abdominal cavity. Each of the tubes at 1.5-2.0 cm from located in abdominal cavity end has built-in elastic reservoir with liquid, 10-12 ml in volume, from which on external surface of said tube deviated is nipple tube with 1.0-1.2 mm diameter, with valve at the end. Nipple tube is connected with device for IAP measurement via valve.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to determine localisation of purulent-necrotic process in abdominal cavity in the most reliable way due to constant IAP monitoring in different zones of abdominal cavity, including closed spaces of abdominal cavity, formed as a result of development of limited adhesive processes.
