SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to hygiene of medical personnel labour, organisation of public health, medical statistics. Claimed method of evaluating doctor work efficiency includes determining loading on doctor and quality of rendered by them aid. Additionally for each clinical case patient's state is evaluated before and after performed treatment, determined are patient's age, duration of examination and/or treatment in hospital, main disease diagnosis, volume of examination and duration of main disease treatment, complexity of operative treatment, expert and consultative doctor's work, and after that, taking into account obtained data on each clinical case completed by doctor, index of doctor's work efficiency during accounting period is determined.

EFFECT: method allows to increase accuracy and reliability of evaluation of efficiency of multi-profile hospital doctor's work.
