FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: quality indicators are determined, ranked and integral index is calculated. Quality indicators are ranked in quality groups: medical, social and economic. As medical quality indicators the following ones are determined: part of departments working by approved standards; inclusion of pregnant women in serological analysis aimed at detection of syphilis; coefficient of number of serological analyses; coefficient of actively detected patients; coefficient of number of analysed contacts; part of pregnant women with syphilis with determined source of infection; part of pregnant women subjected to adequate and timely analysis aimed at syphilis detection; part of pregnant women with syphilis who received timely treatment; part of pregnant women, who received adequate treatment; part of children born from seropositive women, subjected to full-volume analysis. As social quality indicators determined are: coefficient of satisfied court actions on providing of medical dermatovenerological help; coefficient of patients' satisfaction with quality of produced help; coefficient of justified complaints about quality of given help and coefficient of satisfaction of medical personnel with their professional activity. As economic quality indicators determined are: part of doctors who have category; coefficient of provision of town and rural population with dermatovenerologists, coefficient of provision of town and rural population with dermatologists, staffing with doctors-laboratory assistants, staffing with medical personnel of middle level, degree of laboratory equipment deprecitation and degree of main funds deprecitation- tear of buildings and constructions; part of laboratories on the territory which carry out analysis on ELISA and TPHA aimed at syphilis detection. After that calculation of integral coefficient, whose value is used to make conclusion about efficiency of dermatovenerological institution efficiency is made.
EFFECT: method allows to evaluate quality of medical services given by dermatovenerological institutions with high accuracy.
