FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and can be applied for unloading portal blood flow in case of liver cirrhosis with compensated and subcompensated syndrome of portal hypertension. Laparotomy is performed. Omentohepatopexy is performed. In liver bed is formed by ultrasonic cavitation of liver tissue with separation of large vessels. Strand of greater omentum is laid into formed bed.
EFFECT: claimed method ensures decompression of portal system of blood flow due to formation of stable large vascular bonds between liver and omentum vessels, improves patients' life quality.
