METHOD OF REDUCING INTRA-ABDOMINAL PRESSURE IN CASE OF SURGICAL PATHOLOGY AND INJURY OF ABDOMINAL CAVITY ORGANS Russian patent published in 2009 - IPC A61B17/00 

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery and can be applied for reduction of intra-abdominal pressure in case of surgical pathology and injuries of abdominal cavity organs. Essence of method is in mobilisation of anterior leaves of sheaths of abdomen rectus muscles from both sides. Cut of skin and subcutaneous-fatty tissue is performed to aponeurosis on midline from xiphoid process to navel. Then subcutaneous-fatty tissue in sharp way is separated from underlying sheaths of abdomen rectus muscles from both sides at the distance 5 cm lateralwards on the length of the whole cut performed. Border of medial edge of abdomen rectus muscles is determined and from both sides, indenting from edge of abdomen rectus muscles, longitudinal dissection of anterior leaves of sheaths of abdomen rectus muscles is performed by cuts parallel to midline, anterior leaves of sheaths of abdomen rectus muscles are cut off from tendinous intersections of abdomen rectus muscles. Cut is sutured and sutures are applied on skin wound.

EFFECT: application of claimed invention allows to increase level of administering medical aid to patients with surgical pathology of abdominal cavity and retroperitoneal space organs, improve microcirculation of abdominal cavity organs, prevent suppurative complications, increase lung excursion.
