SUBSTANCE: invention refers to ophthalmology and can be used during surgical treatment of detached retina, at natural crystalline lens available. A tunnel self-sealing corneal cut and uninterrupted circular front capsulorexis is performed. The lens is removed by means of phacoaspiration or phacoemulsification. Elastic hydrophilic intraocular lens (IOL) is implanted. Then there performed are scleral self-sealing cuts in meridians not coinciding with the meridian wherein there is a tunnel self-sealing corneal cut. Subtotal vitrectomy with sclerocompression, endolasercoagulation and introduction of silicone oil is performed.
EFFECT: eliminating further phacoscotasmus, providing qualitative ophthalmoscopy of the eyeground, full mobilisation, adaptation and fixation of amphiblestrodes at all the stages of endovitreal treatment.
