FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Lens phacoemulsification, intraocular lens implantation, three-port vitrectomy, perfluoroorganic compound (PFOC) tamponade, retinal endolaser coagulation, vitreal cavity tamponade with silicone oil are performed. Before phacoemulsification, a scleral port is installed 4 mm from the limb in the inferior temporal quadrant, phacoemulsification is carried out with anterior capsulorhexis with diameter of 4 mm, and after phacoemulsification through a scleral port, a balanced salt solution BSS is introduced to normalize ophthalmotonus. Then two more scleral ports are installed, and vitrectomy, tamponade of vitreal cavity with PFOC, endodiathermocoagulation of edges of retinal rupture, endodrainage of subretinal fluid by aspiration are performed. Then PFOC is removed, endolaser coagulation is performed around retinal rupture lateral to line of diathermocoagulates and endotamponade of vitreal cavity with silicone oil, sterile air is introduced into anterior chamber. After 3 months, silicone oil is removed, a posterior capsule of the lens is disclosed and air is introduced into the vitreal cavity.
EFFECT: method provides preventing complications in the form of opacities and dislocation of the intraocular lens into the anterior chamber with migration of silicone oil into the anterior chamber and depressurization of the retinal rupture.
