FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out usual vitrectomy. Posterior hyaloid membrane is removed. Vitreous body is removed in introducing polyphosphororganic substance step- by-step. After filling vitreous cavity with polyphosphororganic substance, 1/3-1/2 of polyphosphororganic substance volume is changed for air. Scleral incisions are sealed. 30-35 mm of mercury column pressure is supported in vitreous cavity during 10-15 min. Air is changed for liquid polyphosphororganic substance. Retina laser endocoagulation is carried out. Liquid polyphosphororganic substance is changed for silicon oil. Scleral incisions are sealed.
